Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuildYourEarnings.com (the "Site") and enrollment in Build Your Source of Income in SPRINTs of 24 Working Hours (the "Program"), operated by TechSTRATEGIC Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or applying for the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

The Program is an educational mentoring product delivered as a written manual, templates, a progress tracker, and email support. Enrollment details, pricing, and any payment plan are confirmed individually after you submit an application and are documented separately in your enrollment agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or enroll in the Program.

3. License to Program Materials

Upon enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Program materials (the manual, templates, and any related resources) for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or share the Program materials with anyone who has not personally enrolled.

4. Payment & Refunds

Pricing and payment terms are provided during the application process and confirmed in writing before you enroll. Any refund, cancellation, or satisfaction terms applicable to your enrollment will be stated clearly in your enrollment agreement at that time.

5. Income & Earnings Disclaimer

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, your local market, your existing network, general economic conditions, and the performance of any freelancer you choose to hire. Starting and operating a business involves financial risk, and you should not enroll in the Program using funds you cannot afford to risk. Nothing on this Site or in the Program constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and we encourage you to consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation.

6. Freelancers & Third Parties

The Program teaches you how to find, vet, hire, and manage independent freelancers through third-party marketplaces. Any freelancer you hire is an independent contractor engaged directly by you, not by us. We are not responsible for the work, conduct, availability, or reliability of any freelancer or marketplace you choose to use.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your own business, including business registration, tax obligations, and any agreements you enter into with clients or freelancers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechSTRATEGIC Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Program, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TechSTRATEGIC Solutions' state of formation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
