General

It's a step-by-step mentoring program by TechSTRATEGIC Solutions that teaches a specific business model: you sell a Done-For-You Organic Promotion service to local businesses, delegate the hands-on work to a vetted freelancer, and keep the difference between what the client pays you and what the freelancer costs. The program is organized into 4 Sprints of 6 Working Hours each — 24 Hours total.
That's exactly who this program is written for. Every Hour includes plain-language explanations, a glossary of business terms, and explicit step-by-step instructions — nothing assumes prior experience.
TechSTRATEGIC Solutions builds AI-powered growth systems and structured training programs. Build Your Earnings is our program built specifically around the Done-For-You Organic Promotion business model. Learn more on our About page.

The Business Model

It's a service where a local business's online presence — their Google Business Profile, social media posting, and review responses — is fully handled on their behalf, without them lifting a finger. It grows visibility without paid advertising.
You charge the client a monthly retainer, pay a freelancer a smaller amount to execute the work, and keep the difference. You're paid for finding the client, managing quality, and being the reliable point of contact — the same structure most agencies and consulting businesses use.
Yes, it's completely legitimate — it's how the majority of marketing agencies, consulting firms, and service businesses operate. A trusted point of contact manages relationships and quality while specialists handle execution. Being transparent with clients that specialists deliver the work under your oversight, rather than hiding it, is part of the program's approach — most clients find that reassuring, not concerning.
Sprint 1 walks you through researching real freelancer costs on a marketplace, then pricing your client offer at a multiple of that cost so your margin is clear before you ever pitch. There's no single "correct" number — it depends on your niche and market.

Time & Effort

Each Hour is designed for about 60 focused minutes, with a detailed time budget breaking down exactly what to spend time on. It's normal for some Hours to run a little longer, especially the first time through.
This varies by person, since it depends on your network and follow-through. Many joinees complete the full 24-Hour Sprint across roughly 3–4 weeks at one Hour a day. Some close a client during Sprint 4; others need a second Sprint. No specific outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
Yes — the program is specifically designed around roughly an hour a day, which is why delegating execution to a freelancer matters so much. Once a client is onboarded, your ongoing weekly time investment is mostly review and communication, not hands-on work.

Freelancers

No. You learn just enough in Sprint 1 to explain the service credibly and judge whether a freelancer's work is good — the hands-on execution is delegated to a vetted freelancer in Sprint 2.
Sprint 2 walks you through searching a freelance marketplace, checking reviews and portfolios, and testing a candidate on a small paid task before trusting them with a real client — reducing the risk of a bad hire.
You review every piece of content before it ever reaches your client, using a quality checklist built in Sprint 2. This review step is one of the program's core, non-negotiable practices — it's the main way you protect your reputation.
Sprint 2 explains how freelance marketplace payment protection (often called escrow or milestone payments) works, so your payment is only released once you approve the delivered work.

Getting Clients

No. This model relies on your personal and professional connections rather than an online following. Sprint 3 shows you how to turn even a small warm network into real client conversations through direct outreach and referrals.
Hour 16 is built around asking every contact — not just business owners — for one or two introductions, which turns even a small starting list into many more real conversations through referral chains.
No. Sprint 3 is built entirely around warm outreach — people you already know, or are one introduction away from — rather than cold prospecting.

Enrollment

Because enrollment includes direct email support, pricing and any available payment options are shared after a short application, so our team can tailor the conversation to your situation. Apply on the Pricing & Enrollment page to get full details.
No. No program can honestly guarantee income, and this one doesn't. You receive a complete, structured system, real templates, and direct support — your results depend on your own effort, market, and follow-through. See our full income disclaimer.
Access to the complete training manual, every reusable template, the Progress Tracker, and direct email support, so you can start Hour 1 right away.
The manual includes an "If You Get Stuck" troubleshooting section for common blockers, and you can always email Support@TechSTRATEGICSolutions.com directly for hands-on guidance.
